Potato gnocchi in gorgonzola cream w/ portobello mushrooms and mixed greens

Crisp pork belly, parsnip puree, roast fennel w/- beetroot salad

Nashi pear salad w/ crisp prosciutto, walnuts, shaved parmesan, beetroot vinaigrette



Spice rubbed roast beef w/ smoked mushroom, cauliflower puree and broccolini w/ merlot jus

Korean coriander pesto chicken w/ preserved lemon couscous, currants, and fresh herbs

Pan seared cod w/ chilli and macadamia butter, crispy mixed greens
