Our Timeless Love menu is a plated 3 course menu served as an alternate drop.  Curated by our innovative team of chefs, this menu evolves with the seasons, promising a fresh and exciting culinary experience for your special day.  



Wild mushroom, pine nuts risotto balls w/- shaved parmesan truffle salad

Crisp pork belly, parsnip puree, roast fennel w/- pickled beetroot

Garlic prawns w/ basil, caper, saffron sauce Vierge

Potato gnocchi in gorgonzola cream w/ Portobello mushrooms and mixed greens

Nashi pear salad w/ crisp prosciutto, walnuts, goats cheese, beetroot vinaigrette



Braised beef cheek w/ truffle Paris mash, gremolata, jus

Mulberry cured, hickory smoked salmon w/ macadamia salsa, tarragon aioli, pickled fennel

Korean coriander pesto chicken w/ preserved lemon couscous, currants, and fresh herbs
