With more than 25 years of combined industry experience, our team brings creativity, energy and genuine care to every celebration. From our friendly Booking Consultants who guide you through the planning, to our talented chefs and dedicated event staff on the day, everyone at Clockwork is committed to making your wedding feel effortless, joyful and delicious.

 

At the heart of Clockwork Catering is Head Chef and co-owner Blake McIver. Known for his imaginative approach to food, Blake’s cooking is driven by a passion for bold flavours, beautiful ingredients and food designed to be shared and enjoyed. A South Coast local, Blake has built a strong reputation for exceptional wedding and event catering, and he takes great pride in ensuring every Clockwork menu is thoughtful, memorable and full of flavour.
