For the oyster lovers - Jervis Bay Oysters freshly shucked and presented on a bed of ice with fresh lemon and house made seafood sauce

Who doesn't love dessert? So many options for delicious dessert stations - Death By Chocolate, Terrines and Tarts, fresh fruit and sorbet, ice-cream sandwiches, decadent butter cakes with Italian meringue butter cream. If you can imagine it, we can put it together.
