For a slightly more chilled vibe - and totally suitable for weddings, or any occasion when you need to feed the masses with delicious food, you may want to consider a Feast Station.  A contemporary version of a buffet, and perfect for either alfresco or inside events, this menu would be served from a central food station by our Front of House staff.

Spicy jerk chicken with pineapple and cucumber salsa

Sticky Asian beef ribs

Garlic, rosemary and herb tenderloins

Mousaka - wild mushroom, charred capsicum, spinach,  tomato, basil 

Grassi (grilled lamb and feta balls) with tomato jam

Vietnamese spiced fish cakes with crunchy garlic and kewpi mayo

Grilled halloumi w/ roasted mushrooms, basil and pinenut pesto 

Chicken supreme w/- garlic, lemon and thyme

Chipotle braised brisket with corn and cauliflower slaw

Moroccan cauliflower salad w/ saffron yoghurt, crispy chickpeas, pinenuts, currants

potatoes roasted in rosemary and garlic

Broccolini and bean citrus salad with ricotta and black sesame

Crisp mixed green leaf w/- lemon garlic vinaigrette and toasted almonds

Cinnamon roasted pumpkin with tahini yoghurt, crisp pepitas and chard

Kipfler potato and carrot salad w/ quail egg, capers, chili and spec

Dessert

Eton mess, crispy meringue, lemon cream and fresh berries

Rich chocolate and pistachio terrine
