What a wonderful way for families and friends to enjoy one another’s company -  eating beautiful food together.

 

 

Our shared tables are bountiful and beautiful.  Food is served on platters on the tables allowing for people to choose what and how much of each dish that they want.

 

Choice of 3 mains and 3 sides ($55 pp)

Mains

Braised beef cheek in merlot jus, salsa verde, smoked heirloom tomatoes

Rosemary n herb-rubbed eye fillet w/ horseradish cream and merlot jus

Chermoula chicken with sumac yoghurt and cucumber salsa

Slow-cooked lamb with tomato ragu and chimichurri sauce

Steamed John Dory with red Malaysian spiced curry and crisp herbs

 

Crispy duck breast with walnut, sage and port glazed apricots

Confit chicken Maryland w/ porcini jus and parsnip crisps

Twice cooked pork belly, apple cider jus w/ oregano infused peas

Mulberry cured, hickory-smoked salmon w/ asparagus, pea and fennel salsa

Spiced crusted squid w/ Thai miso caramel and fresh herbs

Spinach and ricotta gnudi, walnuts and figs w/ beurre noisette sauce

Chipotle braised brisket with corn and cauliflower slaw

whole garlic roasted mushrooms w/-  pulled sourdough 

Mousaka - wild mushroom, charred capsicum, spinach,  tomato basil sauce

Fattoush salad with heirloom tomatoes, olives, marinated fetta, cucumber, crispbread w/- lime and sumac dressing

Confit roasted potatoes with leek and gorgonzola sauce

Potatoes roasted in rosemary and garlic

Broccolini and bean citrus salad with ricotta and black sesame

Freekah, walnut, swiss chard mushrooms and tahini mascarpone salad

Baked ricotta with Dutch carrots in orange and honey dressing

Crisp mixed green leaf w/- lemon garlic vinaigrette and toasted almonds

Nashi pear salad w/ crisp prosciutto, walnuts, shaved parmesan, beetroot vinaigrette

Roasted brassica vegetables w/ onion jam

Wild grain salad w/- quinoa, puffed rice, crisp chickpea, pickled vegetables

cinnamon roasted pumpkin with tahini yoghurt, crisp pepitas and chard
